LaneBasedGTUCharacteristics draw() throws ProbabilityException, ParameterException, GTUException

Generate a LaneBasedGTUCharacteristics object.

Returns:

LaneBasedGTUCharacteristics

Throws:

ProbabilityException - when the generator is improperly configured

ParameterException - in case of a parameter problem.

GTUException - if strategical planner cannot be created
