LaneBasedOperationalPlan	An operational plan with some extra information about the lanes and lane changes so this information does not have to be recalculated multiple times.
LaneOperationalPlanBuilder	Builder for several often used operational plans, based on a list of lanes.
LaneOperationalPlanBuilder.LaneChange	Lane change status across operational plans.
SimpleOperationalPlan	Simplified plan containing only an acceleration value and possible lane change direction.
