Returns fraction of lateral consideration, <0 for left lane, >0 for right lane. Should be in the range -1 ... 1.

Parameters:

perception - LanePerception; perception

gtu - LaneBasedGTU; gtu

parameters - Parameters; parameters

Returns:

double; demand of this task

Throws:

org.opentrafficsim.base.parameters.ParameterException - if a parameter is missing or out of bounds

org.opentrafficsim.core.gtu.GTUException - exceptions pertaining to the GTU
