Parameters:

properties - the properties to parse

gtuType - the type of GTU, e.g. "Car" or "Truck"

GTUFollowingModelOld; the car following model

org.opentrafficsim.base.modelproperties.PropertyException - in case parsing fails

parseLaneChangeModel

org.opentrafficsim.core.gtu.GTUException - in case LMRS Factory cannot be created
