AbstractLMRS	Houses common functionality for LMRS models.
Desire	Reflects the level of lane change desire a driver experiences in both the left and right direction.
IncentiveCourtesy	Determines lane change desire for courtesy lane changes, which are performed to supply space for other drivers.
IncentiveDummy	Dummy desire disabling lane changes when used as the only incentive.
IncentiveHierarchal	Determines desire out of hierarchal courtesy.
IncentiveKeep	Determines lane change desire in order to adhere to keeping right or left.
IncentiveRoute	Determines desire by assessing the number of required lane change to be performed and the distance within which these have to be performed.
IncentiveSpeed	Determines lane change desire for speed, where the slowest vehicle in the current and adjacent lanes are assessed.
